The new 5 Series from Deutz-Fahr is made up of five models: 5095 (95hp), 5100 (100hp), 5105 (105hp), 5115 (115hp) and 5125 (125hp).

Powering each is the firm’s own Stage V three- and four-cylinder FARMotion 35 and 45 engines. Deutz-Fahr has said that engines in the new 5 Series boast improved torque and power curves and therefore respond more rapidly to changes in load.

All models feature the 40km/h five-speed transmission, although different configurations are available.

Customers have the choice of either a mechanical or hydraulic shuttle, with either two or three power shifts.

Creeper ranges and an automatic powershift (APS) function is available, which automatically selects the optimum powershift depending on engine load.

PTO Auto

Models have a four-speed rear PTO with an auto function, which automatically engages and disengages the PTO in relation to rear lift height.

Two hydraulic systems are offered, firstly a 55l/min single pump or 90l/min double pump with an on-demand feature.

Steering is supplied with an independent 40l/min pump. Two mechanical spools are offered as standard, although three can be specified.

Depending on models, the 5 Series offers a maximum lift height of 5,400kg, with the optional factory-fitted front linkage capable of 2,100kg.

Lights

Optionally, models can be fitted with 12 LED work lights (six front and six rear) on the roof.

The TopVision cab offers added comfort with the innovative hydro silent blocks cab suspension and reduced cab vibration by up to 40%.

Loader customers can specify models one of two ways for front loaders, either as “Light Kit” or “Ready Kit”.

Both of these offer a special loader ready frame, while the ‘Ready Kit’ also adds a factory-fitted joystick for loader control.

Three loader models are also available to choose from.
