This was followed by the border region and the midlands, where prices fell by 1.5% and 1% respectively.

Average land values excluding Dublin:
Marginal land - €6,100/ac.
Prime grassland - €10,400/ac.
“The decrease in land values and sentiment is expected, due to the uncertainty around Brexit.
