In front of a full auction room, bidding opened at €360,000 or €6,600/ac and three bidders quickly brought the price to €480,000 or €8,900/ac.

At this point, the auctioneer Willie Coonan of Coonan Property adjourned and spoke with the vendors. It was then decided to place the property on the market.
