The competition will be led by head judge Dr Gearoid Cahill, Alltech European director of brewing science.
The Alltech Craft Brews & Food Fair, Ireland’s largest craft beer festival, returns to the Convention Centre Dublin from 5 to 7 February 2016. The fair will also boast a range of tempting foodie delights to ensure the 10,000 expected attendees don’t go hungry.
Entrants to the Dublin Craft Beer Cup are critiqued based on appearance, aroma, flavour, body, style and quality.
