Volvo L70H

The Volvo L70H is powered by a six-cylinder, six-litre Volvo D6J inline turbocharged diesel engine which churns out 170hp. This engine is compliant with Tier 4f / Stage IV emissions legislation.

The loader has a lift height from ground level to the bottom of the euro hitch of 12ft 8in. The latest in the midsized H-Series Volvo wheel loaders have an increased top speed of 50km/h (31mph) and a higher tipping load, according to Volvo.

Volvo placed an emphasis on ease of access in the new loaders. These machines are equipped with an engine cover that opens electronically, allowing ground-level access to service points.

Veneiri 11.63B

The Veneiri 11.63B wheel loader is powered by a four-cylinder in-line turbocharged common rail engine capable of producing 164hp. This 4.1 litre Deutz TCD engine is in accordance with the latest Stage IIIB/Tier4i emissions regulations.

The 11.63B is equipped with a hydrostatic transmission with automatic power regulation. The transmission has three forward/reverse speeds with fully automatic gear shift and single-lever control. The rear-drive axle can swivel up to a total angle of 20°. The loader has a maximum permissible weight of 13,450kg.

JCB 419s

The JCB 419s is fitted with a Cummins engine, a ZF transmission and axles, and Rexroth pump. It weighs 10,613kg and is powered by a Cummins QSB 6.7-litre engine that produces 183hp. This engine is in accordance with the latest T4F/IV regulations without using a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF).

The machine has a high power to weight ratio of 16.8hp/t. It has a six-speed transmission with torque convertor lock-up in every gear. The transmission can deliver speeds of up to 48km/h.

Komatsu Wa320-5

The Komatsu WA320-5 is powered by a turbocharged air-to-air after-cooled diesel engine, providing an output of 166hp. It has an operational weight of 13,710kg.

The latest model has an extended engine oil service interval from 250 hours up to 500 hours.

An inching pedal allows the operator to take control of travel speed and hydraulic speeds, according to Komatsu. By pressing the inching pedal, pump flow to the motors will decrease, reducing the ground speed and allowing the operator to use the accelerator to increase flow to the equipment hydraulics.

Case 721G

The Case 721G wheeled loader is powered by an FPT engine that churns out a sizeable 195hp.

It is fitted with a five-speed transmission with lock-up torque converter that provides a travel speed of up to 40km/h. The loader is four-wheel drive and has a 4F/3R Selectable autoshift/manual shift transmission. It weighs in at a hefty 14,738kg.

Doosan 220-5

The Doosan DL220-5 was on show to the public for the first time on Irish soil.

This is the first of a new series of dedicated agri-loaders from the brand, which is known for large quarry and construction wheeled loaders and excavators.

The DL220-5 is powered by a six-cylinder common rail Doosan DL06 engine with a rated power of 160hp. This engine is Tier 4-compliant using DOC and SCR. The loader is fitted with a 222l diesel tank.

It has automatic power-shift torque converter transmission. This transmission is fitted with four gears and three drive modes. The loader has an operational weight of 12,420kg.
