Weather forecast

Monday would appear to be the last day of the broken weather for a while. It will be blustery and there will be heavy showers, particularly for those in the west of the country. However, according to Met Éireann, those in the eastern half of the country will see small volumes of rain.

As the day progresses, the wind and rain will ease. It will remain mild, with temperatures ranging from 11°C to 15°C.

The forecast for the rest of the week is for mainly dry and settled weather.
