The farm is at Clashduff and is being sold by public auction by Castlecomer auctioneer Joe Coogan.

The land for sale is approximately 3.2km from Castlecomer and from Dysart Bridge, on the main Castlecomer to Kilkenny road.

That puts it about 21km from Kilkenny city, 29km by motorway from Carlow and 33km by motorway from Portlaoise.
