Letter re Beef Summit: livestock farmers' incomes

DEAR SIR: I wish to compliment the Irish Farmers Journal and the Agricultural Trust for organising the Beef Summit in Ballinasloe last Thursday night, which (along with the recent IFA-organised crisis events in Portlaoise and the cabinet protest in Cork) has highlighted the income crisis on livestock farms.

The fight must go on.
