As part of the live demonstrations at Grass 2026, Malone Farm Machinery will provide a flavour of its extensive range of mowers and tedders, as well as its latest Proline 610 twin-rotor centre delivery rake.
Kicking off its demo lineup will be the 3000FC front conditioner mower and 3000MC rear-mounted conditioner mower. Relatively new to the front-mower market, the 3000FC offers a 3m working width and uses a pull-type hydraulic floatation setup.
As is common across the Malone range of mowers, the 3000FC uses the proven Comer cutterbar and gearboxes, along with a Walterscheid driveline. Both mowers are equipped with a seven-disc bed, each of which are fitted with quick-fit blades.
The eight-rotor Tedd-Air 1120T offers a 11.2 (36ft) working width and builds on the Tedd-Air range, which has been in existence since 2015. The trailed model uses two-point linkage headstock and features three-position height adjustment. The tedder is fitted with 1.6m diameter rotors, each equipped with seven tine arms that feature a double-hooked tine.
Both the angle and height of the rotors can be adjusted. When it comes to tedding out the headland swath, a curtain is manually lowered to deflect the crop away from the edge of the field. Other features include Kennfixx hydraulic connections, a spare wheel and an LED lighting kit.
The eight rotor 1120T model offers a 11.2 (36ft) working width and builds on the Tedd-Air range which has been in existence since 2015.
Twin-rotor rake
Following its 2024 launch, the Proline 610 twin rotor rake offers a fixed 6.1m (20.5ft) working width. It is equipped with 2.8m (9.5ft) rotors, each fitted with 11 tine arms and running on four-wheel bogey systems. Each arm uses four cranked lift tines.
Standard features include manual swath width adjustment, steering axle, 230/55 R16 tyres, manual rotor height adjustment, a spare wheel and a parking stand.
An optional control box allows either the left or right rotors to be individually lifted if needs be. Malone will also display a wide range of models from its Procut mower range, alongside a Tedd-Air 840 mounted tedder.
The Tedd-Air 840 model is equipped with six maintenance-free rotors, each fitted with seven double hook-type tines, which together total an overall working width of 8.4m (27.6ft).
