It has been announced that Manitech Loaders Ltd of Tyrellspass, Co Westmeath, has acquired the business of DGM Loaders from Wexford
Raymond Sheeran of Manitech says the acquisition will further strengthen its position in the affordable loader market in both Ireland and the UK.
“Manitech has been going from strength to strength over the last number of years and this acquisition will only help strengthen that further,” he said. “We are ideally located in Westmeath to cover all parts of the country.”

DGM was set up by Wexford man Damian Goff in late 2013 when he saw a demand for new and affordable machines for the farming sector.
He said it has been an interesting journey and he has met lots of new people both here and in China, where the loaders are manufactured.
“I have enjoyed setting up DGM and bringing it to where it is today, but I felt it was now time to hand over to new people that could grow the business further and take it to the next level.”
Damian stays on in his company Goff Agri & Plant Sales and will continue to sell new and used plant.
Damian stressed that all DGM service and warranty will still stand and will be transferred over to Manitech Loaders.
