Some of the equipment on display from Kubota last Saturday at the Discover Kubota event in Cork showgrounds, Cork.
Neighbouring Cork dealers Atkins and MP Crowley joined forces to run the Discover Kubota event at the Munster showgrounds. A large selection of equipment was available to drive once people attending filled out a disclaimer for insurance purposes. Zero tail-swing excavators up to 8t including the Kubota KX080-4 were demonstrated. Those interested in getting a feel for the machines were able to operate these excavators in a cordoned off area under the supervision of staff from MP Crowley. Tractors with mounted and trailed implements carefully navigated the wet patches in the showgrounds after the recent heavy rain. There were lots of lawnmowers available to test drive. There was also a wide selection of compact tractors with mid-mounted mowers. Kevin Pryce of Kubota UK and Mark Wolfe of Atkins Cork said the event gave people from different sectors an opportunity to drive and experience Kubota equipment. People can feel and experience for themselves what a particular machine is like to operate before they purchase it, which is worth a lot.
