The MultiLine system from Pöttinger brings together a compact disc harrow or stubble cultivator with a seed drill.

This results in a cost-effective, high-performance mulch-drilling technology providing good operating flexibility.

Aimed for the lower-hp tractors, the MultiLine can be used solo or in combination with the Vitasem (mechanical drill) or Aerosem (pneumatic drill) as a mulch seed drill.

Now for the first time the MultiLine is available with the Tegosem cover crop-sowing unit.

Exact distribution

The Pöttinger Tegosem is compatible with a wide spectrum of seed material including Rapeseed, peas and beans.

Calibration is easy, only taking 20 seconds

The metering system is driven electronically with two different metering shafts to ensure a precision distribution even at low seed rates.

The seed material is distributed pneumatically, this ensures precision regardless of wind.

Calibration is easy, only taking 20 seconds. A dedicated calibration bag is provided for the job.

Equipment and Operation

An intuitive control terminal is fitted as standard with the Tegosem that monitors and regulates the metering shaft and sets the seed flow rate electronically.

The metering shaft is controlled electronically independent of driving speed, and adjustment from the tractor cab is infinitely variable.

The level indicator monitors the hopper’s contents, DGPS ground speed sensor and a loading platform making the Tegosem stand out

The control terminal also allows for display of kg/ha, priming function, headland management system, tank emptying function, automatic calibration and a total hours counter as well as total hectares and hectares per day.

Fine and course metering shafts can be interchanged without the need for tools. A three-pin socket is all that’s required for control of the Tegosem and the fan motor.
