The Department of Agriculture is urging all farmers who have completed their approved TAMS II investments to submit their claim for payments to the online system immediately to allow for payment to issue this year.
To make a payment claim, farmers must ensure all relevant documentation is included in their payment claim applications. This includes, for example, tax clearance certificates and the completion, where required, of a farm safety course.

Once all these items are included in a payment application, the Department says payments will be “processed as soon as possible”.
