A Dutch company that manufactures substitute meat products from plant proteins such as peas and soya has been snapped up by Kerry Group I see.
Kerry is understood to have paid around €20m for the company in question, Ojah BV.
This new company is in addition to Kerry’s own range of dairy-free, soy-free and vegan plant-based protein products under its ProDiem brand.
