A special event was held to commenorate Lisavaird Co-Op's Centenary. New group offices were officially opened by Mairead McGuinness, Former EU Commissioner and MEP, pictured here with Martin Dineen, CEO and James Healy, Chair of Lisavaird Co-Op and all those who attending this special celebration.

Lisavaird Co-op is throwing their doors open for a centenary celebration day on Saturday next, 30 August. The co-op gave its headquarters a full revamp over the last number of years and tours of it along with a display of memorabilia and vintage machinery and talks on the history of the west Cork co-op will take place at regular intervals.
The event runs from 11am to 4pm. There’s plenty of entertainment for children too as well as food stalls and refreshments so it’s shaping up to be a big family occasion.
