An interim management group has been put in place at Greenfield Farm to replace Teagasc and the farm manager, who have now left the farm.
Created from the three shareholders, Glanbia, the Agricultural Trust and the Phelan family, the management group is now overseeing the farm management on a weekly basis.
The three shareholders continue to operate the company while discussions continue on its future.
