Farmers participating in the Beef Data and Genomics Programme have only a week left to submit records for the 2018 carbon navigator.
Those completing a hardcopy application have a shorter window when time for postage is taken into account. The online application can be completed up until midnight on 30 September.
There is only a handful of topics that information is required on and all relate to the 2018 calendar year. This includes turnout and housing dates, the volume of chemical and organic fertiliser applied and information relating to such, along with a record on the volume of concentrates fed.
