Next Friday, Murtagh Bros Auctioneers, Mullingar, will offer a portfolio of land situated in Kilbeggan, Co Westmeath, for sale by public auction. The total area of land on offer comprises 125.1 acres, but it will be sold in separate lots due to the scattered nature of the farmland.

The third lot is the largest parcel of land on offer and comprises 50 acres, including a range of farm buildings. The land is situated in Moycashel, Kilbeggan, and has the benefit of frontage onto two separate roads. The land is described as being of good quality and all in grass. The farmyard includes a slatted shed, concrete yard and a four-bay double haybarn.
