Irish Grain Growers are to continue their campaign of action for a better malt barley grain price from Boortmalt.
The growers will return to the Guinness plant next Monday morning, with the focus being on Diageo, the primary customer of Boortmalt in Ireland.
“We are entitled to €200/t for what is a quality high-specification product,” said IGG chair Bobby Miller.
