Agrify Solutions innovative tailpainter allows the farmer to paint the top of a cow’s tail quickly and safely from the comfort of the milking parlour pit or in the case of suckler cows from a safe distance behind the cow. This device would address the need for a second person to get cows into a crush to facilitate tail painting. There is a patent pending on the design and the company plans to bring the product to market in time for the 2019 season.

One of the gases produced during agitating is hydrogen sulphide, a clear gas that is heavier than air, which tends to stay low to the ground in the absence of air movement.
