The Dealer put on his sleeveless 1987 Joshua Tree t-shirt and hit Croke Park on Saturday. I wasn’t the only name you might recognise from the world of farming and agriculture.

The brothers Coveney, Patrick and Simon, were there. Simon is the former Minister for Agriculture and Patrick is the biggest of the bigwigs, with the world’s largest sandwich maker Greencore. Greencore, as most of you will know, was the old sugar company.

The brothers Coveney were joined by the two most important men in the country. No, not The Dealer, but President Michael D Higgins and An Taoiseach Leo Varadkar.

You can’t fault their taste in music.
