The Ornua February PPI is 85.4 down from 85.7 in January

This equates to a farmgate price of 24.1c/l including VAT, based on Ornua product purchase mix and assumed processing costs of 6.5c/l.

The Ornua February PPI is 85.4 down from 85.7 in January

Co-ops are to start setting the milk price from this week, with Lakeland usually being the first.

Given the latest figures, it is now a full year of successive monthly decreases.

Prices fell in March 2015 and have continued to do so every month since.
