Due to inclement weather, the Mohill Agricultural Show committee has made the decision to move a number of livestock classes at the show to another venue on show day, 20 August.

The cattle, sheep and goat classes will now take place at the Aurivo Livestock Mart premises on Ballinamore Road in Leitrim.

Show organisers have confirmed to the Irish Farmers Journal that a shuttle bus will run from the mart grounds to the show complex at Cloone Road all day.

There will be a range of livestock events on the day, including special beef classes, heifer and weanling classes and the Co Leitrim calf championship.

This will be the 90th year of the Mohill Agricultural Show.
