Dr Maeve Henchion, principle research officer with Teagasc

Dr Maeve Henchion is a principle research officer with Teagasc. Currently, she and her team are conducting a survey which delves into consumer behaviour, particularly towards food and cooking, during the COVID-19 pandemic. They hope the results of the survey will give quantitative information on any changes toward food and cooking that may have been developed during the quarantine period.
