The ground is at Slad, Tagoat and it will be sold by Quinn Property in an online auction on Tuesday 21 September at 4pm, in lots.
The location is about 500m off the the main Rosslare to Wexford road – the N25 – at Tagoat. The land is on the L3060 which leads to Our Lady’s Island. It has extensive frontage on this road.

The lands is laid out in six divisions and is currently in a mix of grass and tillage. The soil is good quality.
A natural water course runs along the south western boundary.
Lot 1 will be 31.29ac, lot 2 will be 17.89ac and lot 3 will be the entire. The farm is being guided by auctioneer David Quinn at €10,000/ac.
