Aurivo has announced details of a new three-year fixed-price contract for its suppliers based in Northern Ireland, starting on 1 January 2021.
The latest contract offering will pay farmers a guaranteed base price of 27.5p/l before normal premiums on milk quality are applied.
However, Aurivo’s winter bonus payment of 2p/l for October and November, and 1p/l from December to January, is not eligible under the contract.

Closing date
Farmers can commit up to a maximum of 15% of the volume supplied to the west of Ireland-based processor during 2020. Closing date for applications is Monday 7 December.
Aurivo has offered several fixed price contracts to its NI suppliers in recent years, ranging from a base price of 26p to 29p/l and running from 12 to 36 months in duration.
Currently, Aurivo has two fixed-price contracts operating in NI, both of which expire on 31 December 2020.
