It’s a case of keeping it in the family with the brand new release from Keith and Lorraine McDonald of the Show Band Show.
'Back in Yesterday' was composed by their uncle PJ McDonald, who has resided in Canada for many years where he still retains strong links with the business. This is a real catchy song, full of nostalgia, with references to some of the leading singers of the Showband era.
“We are really excited about this song. It is making a strong connection with a lot of radio listeners and dancers and reviving a lot of memories for many who have such fond regard for the Showband days. A lot of younger people are enjoying the energy of it too. It’s wonderful to see such a great response,” says Lorraine.
