A farmer died whilst driving a quad on his farm in Ballerin, Co Derry on Saturday evening.
The farmer has been named locally as Hugh Henry from the Ringsend area, around eight miles from Coleraine. Mr Henry is understood to have been in his late 50s.
An accident and emergency crew, as well as the Northern Ireland Air Ambulance, attended the incident. However, Mr Henry was pronounced dead at the scene.

“The Health and Safety Executive is aware of a tragic incident in the Coleraine area and is making enquiries. The Health and Safety Executive extends its deepest sympathies to the man’s family at this difficult time," a spokesperson for the Health and Safety Executive said.
