Frank Hayes at the Michael Dillion Lecture held at the Shelbourne Hotel.

I note that after almost 30 years of service, the legendary corporate affairs director Frank Hayes formally retires from Kerry Group at the end of 2020. A well-known figure in agribusiness and media circles, Hayes joined Kerry Group in the early 1990s having previously worked as agriculture attaché at the Irish embassy in London.
Hayes worked alongside all four CEOs that have led Kerry Group. Although a native of Galway, it’s fair to say Kerry became his adopted county over time, particularly because of Kerry Group’s sponsorship of Kerry GAA since 1991.
Many members of the Irish Farmers Journal have had the pleasure of working with Frank over the years and we wish him a healthy and happy retirement.
