The clinics will take place at MaxiZoo stores from 10:30am until 3pm on the following day:
Monday – Leopardstown
Tuesday – Maynooth
Thursday – Tallaght
Friday – Finglas
Booking is advised through the Dogs Trust website. Dog owners must bring photo ID and proof of address dated within the past three months.
The details of microchipped dogs will be included in the database maintained by Fido, one of the four record keepers approved by the Department of Agriculture.

Microchipping of all dogs has been compulsory for just over one year, but Fido estimates that only 40% of animals comply with this obligation.
The service can help identify dogs responsible for incidents such as sheep kills.
