IFA and MII met the Tanáiste Simon Harris to reinforce the sector’s objections to the Mercosur trade deal and to remind the Tanáiste of the Programme for Government commitment to work with like-minded countries in opposing the deal.
2,000 farmers packed in Corrin Mart in early November 2025 as part of the IFA campaign to secure an extension to the nitrates derogation.
