Last week, almost 1,000 IFA members protested on Brexit losses outside the Cabinet meeting in Cork.

The Taoiseach and the Government are failing beef farmers who have suffered losses of €100m from Brexit.

Following the IFA protest, the Taoiseach acknowledged that more support is needed for farmers who are already suffering as a result of Brexit. This must now be backed up by action.

The IFA will continue to put pressure on the Government and European Commission to deliver on their promises of support for Irish farmers.
