Good morning. In the news today: the latest from the IFA election debate in west Cork, Brexit uncertainty dominates London meat forum and milk prices bring overall agricultural output prices down 4%.

Weather forecast
There will be frost and icy patches on untreated footpaths and roads in many areas this morning. Any frost and fog will gradually clear to a mainly dry day across northern and eastern areas with some sunny spells developing. However, further south and west it will be cloudier with outbreaks of rain affecting parts of Munster, south Leinster as well as Atlantic coastal counties. Westerly winds will be light to moderate; highest temperatures will range from 5°C to 8°C.
