Glanbia co-op has confirmed that 5.9m shares of Glanbia plc, worth €92m, have been transferred to over 14,700 co-op members from the spin-out that was approved in May.In light of farmer losses due to currency fluctuations and market disturbances, Sinn Féin MEP Matt Carthy has called for the establishment of an EU-wide Agri-Brexit Fund to support farmers.
