The most recent UK brand by brand analysis carried out by Agricultural Engineers Association (AEA) shows that John Deere (28.1%), CNH (26%) and AGCO (24.6%) led the market share out of the 13,545 new tractors (over and under 50hp) registered during 2019.
Delving into the subsidiaries of CNH and AGCO, the top three selling brands were John Deere with 3,800 units, New Holland with 2,314 and Massey Ferguson with 1,665 registrations. These three manufacturers accounted for 57.5% of new registrations, equating to 7,779 units.
Due to competition regulation, market share data cannot be released until a one year period has passed.

Therefore, 2020 UK market share data will not be released until early 2022.
