Kuhn recently unveiled two new models of semi-mounted twin rotor rakes – the GA 7631 and GA 8131.

These rakes have working widths of 7.5m and 8m respectively and have been built to rake dense and heavy fodder.

The rakes are equipped with the masterdrive G3 double reduction gearbox with conical and cylindrical sprockets.

The weight of the moving parts is reduced thanks to aluminium alloy bearings which incorporate a guide with bronze bushings and an outward sealing ring.

The service life of the rotor has been extended and it has a lubrication interval of 200 hours.

The service life of the rotor has been extended and now has a lubrication interval of 200h.

The rake has a high frame and has a clearance under the rotors from 43cm to 70cm depending on the working width setting to prevent damaging already formed swaths.

The hydraulic adjustment of the working and swath width is available as standard.

Other options include hydraulic adjustment of the working height, individual rotor lifting, wide transport wheels, bogie axle and hydraulic windrow curtain.
