Gardaí have confirmed that a man in his 30s has been taken to Cork University Hospital with serious injuries following a road traffic collision on the N71.
The crash occurred at Ballmaquirke Cross, Kanturk, Co Cork, at approximately 11.30am on 5 March.
Two articulated trucks, one of which was a Dairygold milk lorry, were involved in the crash.

Dairygold has confirmed that one of its milk collection tanks operated by an external transport company was involved in the collision.
Emergency services
A spokesperson for the co-op added that personnel from the processor were at the scene to provide assistance and immediate arrangements were made for another Dairygold milk collection tanker to transfer the milk from the overturned tanker.
Gardaí and emergency services were called to the scene and the road remains closed for technical examination.
