On Sunday 27 May, parishes in north Mayo will see a tractor run passing by to raise vital funds for the Glencastle School special class.
The parishes involved are Kilcommon, Belmullet and Kiltane, each located within the Bangor Erris region of Mayo.
All areas featured are catered for by the Glencastle School with regard to their special class and, because of this, the Irish Natura and Hill Farmers Association (INHFA) has chosen to support the cause, according to Richard King, a committee member of the association.

Engines will be started at the Kiltane GAA complex at approximately 12pm. With a fee of €25 per tractor, all support is welcomed.
The committee is expecting a turnout of over 50 tractors between local farmers and contractors wanting to "show off their machinery before the silage season really kicks off", King told the Irish Farmers Journal.
The event will provide funds for the school to support their special class to learn and prosper. All donations and money raised will be going directly to the school in question.
