A beef event jointly organised by CAFRE and the UFU takes place on Wednesday 10 June at Greenmount campus in Antrim.

The event has two components, with a conference starting at 9.30am and a visit to the Beef and Sheep Centre at Greenmount in the afternoon.

Speakers at the morning session will cover issues from the beef market, through to a retailer perspective and environmental sustainability, and include LMC chief executive Colin Smith and Dr Peter Kennedy from Marks & Spencer.
