CAP budget competitors or festival headliners?

The Frugal Six, Friends of Cohesion and DABIS all got a mention at the recent series of CAP meetings the IFA are hosting around the country, and you know what, you’d be forgiven for thinking they were the names of bands that appeared at Electric Picnic.

It turns out the Frugal Six is a name given to Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden, who want tighter controls on the EU budget.

That still won’t stop the Dealer from looking through my old T-shirts from the Trip to Tipp. I think they really do sound like Indie guitar bands from the early 90s that appeared at the famous Féile music festival in Semple Stadium.
