The election for national treasurer/returning officer will be contested by outgoing dairy chairman Sean O’Leary, south Leinster chairman James Murphy, north Tipperary chairman Tim Cullinan and Galway chairman Pat Murphy.
An election will also take place for the council seat on the national rules committee. The candidates nominated for this contest are outgoing county chairmen John Bambrick (Kilkenny), Billy Cotter (north Cork) and John Hanley (Roscommon).
Pat Hennessy of Laois, who holds the south Leinster seat on the rules committee, was re-nominated and is returned unopposed.
