The current tranche of TAMS II is due to close on 8 June 2018. This is the 10th tranche of the scheme. The 11th tranche of the scheme will open the following day (9 June) and this tranche will remain open until 7 September 2018. Applications for an investment are only ranked and assessed when a tranche closes. Over 14,600 farmers have been issued with approvals to make an investment through TAMS II so far. Once an investment is complete and paid for, a farmer can submit a grant payment claim. There is €395m in total set aside for the scheme, which will remain open until December 2020.
