The UK have now been formally cleared to export beef to China with the announcement that four factories have been cleared to commence exports of frozen beef cuts from cattle under 30 months, the same as the Irish approval. It is understood that three of the factories are located in England and one in Northern Ireland, understood to be WD meats in Coleraine, Co Derry.
