“We have been smoking fish using a traditional kiln for the past 50 years and we pride ourselves on supporting Irish and local products,” says Liam Quinlan, managing director of Quinlan’s Fish.
“After winning the Radio Kerry Business of the Year Award in March, we felt these awards were the next step in building larger brand awareness outside of Kerry. Having the recognised black and gold logo now as a seal of approval, we can use this to broaden our existing export markets for our much sought-after smoked salmon products.”
