An online petition calling on Barry’s Tea to make their bags 100% compostable is approaching 10,000 signatures. I suppose it’s either that or everyone carrying a keep-bag to dip into their keep-cup. The campaign started in the UK after consumer bodies revealed that around 20% of tea bag material was non-biodegradable plastic.
