Teagasc Ballyhaise College is set to host the European seminar on extension and education conference, a biennial event that presents new research on agricultural extension and education.

The ‘ESEE21’ conference will be delivered online from June 21-23, hosted in collaboration with University College Dublin and CAFRE in Northern Ireland.

The title for 2021 is ‘Learning for life, continuous innovation support through extension and education for sustainable farm communities’.

Getting involved

Teagasc director of knowledge transfer Stan Lalor said the conference promises to be a showcase of ongoing work and future opportunities in the delivery methods of both advisory and education activities in Ireland and internationally.

Lalor has encouraged all colleagues across the island to submit papers or posters and participate in the conference.

The ESEE21 website is now accepting abstracts and can be accessed here.
