Teagasc’s flagship beef event BEEF 2018 will take place on Tuesday, 26 June, at Teagasc Grange, Co Meath.
With a theme of €nhancing Knowledge, Teagasc personnel will present the latest beef research findings from its research work. The Irish Farmers Journal, Bord Bia and ICBF will have an interactive stand at the event.
An infrastructure village will include live demos on fencing, roadway construction, water systems, drainage and reseeding. Celebrity chef Kevin Dundon will be cooking beef on-site.
