According to Met Éireann, Friday will be mostly overcast, with intermittent rain and drizzle. Dry intervals will follow, but rain will persist in places, in particular, southern, western and northern coastal areas.

Ulster can expect some heavy bursts of rain later in the day.

The day will be humid, with hill and coastal fog. Maximum temperatures 15°C to 19°C, with moderate southwesterly winds.

Saturday

Saturday is forecasted to be a mild, cloudy and breezy day, with outbreaks of rain and drizzle. Leinster and east Munster will become largely dry during the afternoon.

Expect highest temperatures of 15°C to 19°C, with southern and eastern coasts reaching higher. Winds will be mostly moderate southwesterly, but strong on southern coasts. Overnight, lowest temperatures of 10°C to 14°C with scattered outbreaks of rain.

Sunday

Sunday is set to be a bright blustery day, with a mix of sunshine and showers. These showers will be mostly concentrated in the north and west, with thundery bursts possible.

It will be unseasonably windy day, with fresh to gusty southwesterly winds. Highest temperatures of 14°C to 18°C.

Met Éireann forecasts a clear start to the week, remaining mainly dry with some scattered showers. Temperatures are cool for the time of year, with highs of 14°C to 18°C.
