A masterclass

Leading chefs Paul Flynn and Michael Quinn will share their combined 50 years of experience with a small group of students over a three-day course. Designed for proficient cooks who want to be challenged, the course runs on 14-16 September at the Tannery Cookery School, from 10am until to 4pm daily. After having proved very popular last year, this intensive course comes at a cost of €550 per person, with special accommodation rates also available at The Tannery Townhouse for course attendees.
