The Time article on the health benefits of natural butter was a main contributing factor to the rise in popularity of butter which sent prices sky high earlier this year.
Well, Time is at it again, publishing an article saying that eating a good old lump of cheese every day means people are “less likely to develop heart disease or have a stroke, compared to those who rarely or never ate cheese”.

With dairy markets looking less than certain for next year, a boost to the cheese sector would be welcome.
